Flexible Coupling
The flexible coupling works to absorb heavy loads, side loads and loads caused by product surges, thus protecting the internal workings and extending the life of the paddle unit.
Shaft Extensions
Solid shaft extensions are available in a variety of lengths up to 144 inches (3.6 m) to meet these demands. A flexible cable extension is also available. This 6.5 foot (2.0 m) flexible extension can be easily shortened in the field by the user. The use of the flexible cable extension for lengths greater than 3 feet (0.9m) requires the use of a guard to ensure proper activation of the rotary paddle bin monitor.
Mounting Plates
Mounting plates allow the paddle units to be mounted from the outside of a vessel to curved or flat surfaces. All mounting plates featured below mount via six bolts.

The SiloPatrol® SE continuous level measurement and Inventory monitoring system is the first truly robust smart cable-based (weight and cable / plumb bob / yo yo type) bin level sensor system. It is a field-proven approach to reliably monitoring the level of material in bins, silos and tanks up to 150 ft (45.7 m) in height.
HMI2 Operator - Interface Control Console
The HMI2 operator interface control console provides convenient, local interface for Monitor’s “Smart” RS-485 SiloPatrol® SMU SE cable-based inventory monitoring sensors and/or Flexar® guided wave radar sensors. HMI2 allows for monitoring up to 32 SMU SE and/or Flexar sensors.
The multi-functional HMI2 controls sensor operations, displays measured and calculated data and performs/displays system and sensor diagnostic messages via two separate RS-485 communication networks.
The HMI2 display screen can be easily switched to view calculated level, volume, weight or percent in addition to the basic distance measurement.

SILO TRACK™ - Inventory Management Software V3.5
SiloTrack™ Inventory Management Software Version 3.5 is the next evolution of Monitor’s popular PC-based application software that provides users with an unsurpassed, flexible graphical interface for our industry-standard SiloPatrol® SE Model SMU inventory monitoring sensors and our Flexar® guided wave radar continuous level measurement sensors. SiloTrack software includes a Server and Client version. Together SiloTrack Server and Client provide inventory monitoring and management capability to a virtually unlimited number of users. Users can be internal and external to your facility, allowing you to easily implement remote inventory monitoring and vendor managed inventory.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION INTERFACE
Flexibility
The Wireless Communication Interface can be utilized in numerous applications, even with multiple sensor networks and over 100 sensors. Each sensor network will require a wireless transceiver at the PC. A wireless transceiver is also required at the sensor location. Up to 16 sensors can be connected with one wireless transceiver pair.

The DustAlarm® Broken Bag Detector (Particle Emission Detector) provides reliable and economical detection of leaks and filter failures in many powder and bulk solids industries.
Monitor - Solids Flow Monitor
The SFD-2 and SFI use low power microwaves to sense motion within the chute or pipeline being monitored. Microwaves are virtually unaffected by ambient noise and light, heat, humidity, pressure, vacuum, high or low temperatures or dust. This provides maximum effectiveness in typical industrial application environments. These advantages over sonic or mechanical flow monitors make microwave technology the best choice for solids flow monitoring.
